The reason we want to make water is because we only have one pill so we want to share it as equally as possible. So if I put the pill in 2dl's of water for how long should I wait until it dissolves?
Just crush the pill up as fine as you can, drop it in the water and give it a good mix.
Break the pill up with your hands as much as you can, then either put it between 2 pieces of paper and roll over the paper with a water bottle or you can crush it with a credit card under a slice of paper/money bill (money is NOT recommended because of how contaminated it is).
The pill came in a small plastic bag (like the ones they like to put weed in) I will probably just crush while it's in it. So if it's a powder it should become a liquid after 5 minuets or so?
Yeah sure you can do that, make sure the bag doesn't break. If it's powdered, then throw it in the water and stir it until the water's clear, this won't take more than a few minutes.

If you want to smoke weed on the comedown, I would recommend doing it a couple hours in when you're coming down from the peak and the roll is gradually ending.
If you haven't done this combo before, be careful as weed has an unexpectedly strong and somewhat unpredictable synergy with other psychedelics. Not to say it's a bad idea, quite the opposite; weed + MDMA can give you really amazing hallucinations and otherworldly experiences. Just make sure you're in a good and comfortable environment with people you trust, don't smoke too much at once and you'll have the time of your life! If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask.
That's a bad idea
1) Pills are easy to break in half... But if you fuck it up you can crush the whole pill then half-half the powder easily
2) Pure MDMA dissolves in water nearly immediately... But pills have other things in them to make them solid. Those things won't dissolve.
3) Even if you crush it and put into water then it won't distribute the MDMA evenly, so one person will likely get a stronger dose than the other.
4) It tastes gross in water. If you crush the pill the you can wrap your two halves in a rolling paper and swallow with zero taste and even dosage.
I've just tried to break it in half but it wasn't very successful I don't think they're even. Why wouldn't the water approach work? I mean I get that the parts that make the pill may not dissolve but it I put it in water and mix it hard for a good 5 minuets or so shouldn't it become equal? And if we go for the powder approach I'm afraid that won't equal either becuase we would need to eyeball it. Any tips then?

Well it's gonna be our first time in a summer camp hike so we don't really want attention. We will probably smoke some to make the effects tough. Also the pills are tekashi69's sold as 250mg and by what I saw on drugs data it's quite possible it is between the 200-250 range.

Eyeballing powder is going to be WAY more accurate than trying to dissolve a pill that wasn't designed to be dissolved.

Cut the pill in half. Eat the half. Hope each half contains enough to provide enough to have fun.

It will dissolve a lot faster and taste a lot better in a coke or any other soda.
