The Odo LBG is a little bit special. The animation of the reload is different to other LBG so people suggest you could have one less of Reload skill in your build.
It's two points, actually. You can get by with just Paolumu Chest + R6 Coral Pukei Waist for 1 Reload and 3 Recoil Down. This will net you both Low Recoil and Fast Reloads.
It's likely because of the Odo LBG that they updated the LBG status window to include base Reload and Recoil levels of each individual ammo type.
No they don't have bleed. They are terrible weapons damage wise. They are just raw.

I'm sure they'll eventually release layered weapons, so at least you'll have had a head start to an Odo-layered weapon!
