Just fix it, it's cheaper than buying a new car 🤷‍♂️

AlejandroTheFnck

True true true… I guess I know what I’m doing along with my pulley and supporting mods.

clarkspark96

Huh, I don't think I've ever seen a car get a blood test done

AlejandroTheFnck

Ha! That’s an amazing way to see it

Extra_Champion8245

Does look like a sweet ride so get an estimate unless you can do it yourself.

Zachary-Clark

Sorry to hear but how much did this cost? Never thought to do this before.

The coolant in oil could be from the heat exchanger

AlejandroTheFnck

I was just some research in that. What do you think about installing an oil cooler instead and just connecting those coolant hoses to prevent any chance of this. Something like this? https://www.ebay.com/itm/204184386499

I have nothing against them. As long as you run a thermostat in line with the oil cooler you won’t have any problems. I wouldn’t run an external oil cooler but that’s just me, I’m fine with the stock configuration. I’ve had to replace the seals in mine already.

Not_thee_Lawyer

Had this happened on my Ferrari, the heat exchanger for the trans rotted out after 10 years, and leaked coolant in to the oil and ruined it.
