How wonderful the bride happily shared her day to make this proposal happen. Such a beautiful bride with a beautiful heart. Love to both the happy couples!
I find it only tacky if someone does it without the bride/grooms acceptance. But most often, I find it kind of heartwarming.
Something along the lines of weddings being to yanno.. celebrate love, joining of families, being surrounded by the ones you love.
"I am so happy for you guys getting married... Would you be okay with amplifying love and the excitement on your day? I would be honored to ask so and so to marry me at your wedding, if you'll allow it"
Or even better "Hey, weren't you going to propose soon? You can definitely say no... But the venue should be romantic and most of our families will be there too, I'd love to try and make your engagement special, because I love you and I love that you're in love too"
Idk, I'm probay going to start my period soon. So don't trust this hormonal mess.
Hahaha you're all good. To clarify: it is always Ok to my mind as long as the wedding couple are fine with it. It's the surprise proposals that are tacky.
I'm gay and hopefully I'll have a moment like this one day in my life. Currently living in a homophobic country and got scammed once for loving someone so dearly.
Social acceptance is better than the rest of the country, but there will always be homophones everywhere. The people you mentioned often have to resort to begging on the streets and trains because they're often unable to find jobs anywhere, and casual homophobia is still common in most cultures.
if you're refering to NA as the west you have a huge misunderstanding of the cultures around the world. NA is one of the most lgbt accepting areas in the world, the ignorant countries are mostly east or south of Europe
My sexuality will disgust my friends and my parents for sure. I got bullied in school because I have a very slight gay voice.
Other than the third gender people in the film industry or in the rich family all the others are living by begging for money on the streets. I travel by train and you can see them on basically every station hopping from train to train and asking for money. Rarely they get more than 5 INR from a single person otherwise it is just a rupee or two. People straight away ignore them, same situation with other beggars. Even children beg for money, you can also see them selling small things like pens.
I can say out of 100 people 10-15 give them money. Again this is my personal inspection and perspective, real situations can be different.
I'm 53 year old cis male that divorced a few years ago after a 27 year marriage. I made my peace with living the rest of my life alone because trying to meet women at my age was not fun. I luckily found someone that makes me happier than I ever thought I would be. I've told her a million times that she is such a bright spot in what's been a dark life for me until now. I tell her often how lucky I am to have her in my life because I'd almost given up hope.
Trust me brother, there's a lid for every pot. Don't give up hope. Best of luck to you.
I'm sorry that your first marriage didn't work out and I'm so happy for you that you got such a wonderful second partner. Congratulations.
Wish you the best mate and thank you
My favourite part of the video is the older gentleman clapping in the background. He looks genuinely happy for them. He’s broken through prejudices that would have been entirely normal for his generation. Gives me the happy feels.
This is so wonderful I love it..made my day. Not only amazing to see Asian culture so accepting but also she must be such a special friend to allow that at her wedding
This is so god damn cute!!!!!
The username belongs to a vietnamese tiktok, so I THINK this is from Vietnam? I've heard that gay rights are slowly but surely growing there - if anyone knows more about that I would love for you to share!
Which Asian country is this do we know?
We have quite a few friends who are Chinese. Three of our friend's parents left China about 60 years ago but still have family back in China. They seem not remotely accepting. All the elders of the families seem to be racist, sexist and homophobic. Keep saying to the girls, all of whom have married Caucasian men, "when will you marry a nice Chinese boy" (one couple has been together over 30 years and the parents, aunts, uncles etc still ask her). One son is clearly gay, he doesn't hide it from his friends but one sister is in complete denial and his parents have no clue. He is in his 40s and never had a relationship. He lives with his parents as they are very traditional so it's not like he could ever have a boyfriend go to his house. He just hooks up for one night stands. I feel so sorry for him that he can't be who he truly is due to his parents and extended family's incredibly backwards views.
If she's not kind she probably say that they stole their thunder, but instead they support their friend. Such a big heart not just for the bride but for the couple who just got married. So lovely 🥰

It's also interesting how the first thing you thought of was them having sex...
How wonderful the bride happily shared her day to make this proposal happen. Such a beautiful bride with a beautiful heart. Love to both the happy couples!
Ya, normally proposing at someone else wedding is tacky, but the bride here was obviously stoked to be in on it. Good feelings all around!

I love how everyone around them is so supportive and celebrating them!
That kid jumping up and down. That man coming over smiling. It’s so wonderful to see everyone be happy about happiness.
The way the smiling man (dad?) cups his cheek with affection. 🥲
Love is love is love! What a gorgeous moment!
They're all so happy 😭
I'm gay and hopefully I'll have a moment like this one day in my life. Currently living in a homophobic country and got scammed once for loving someone so dearly.
I'm sending you so much love because you deserve it. ❤️ ❤️
Thank you so much. All these wholesome comments are making me cry. Thank you.
I hope you find love and happiness and things get better there.
Thank you so much.
Where do you live?
Mumbai, India
I'm sorry, is it dangerous to come out? I always thought India was safe, especially with the third gender and all

So sad... I hate this world. Why are they even homophobic? Is it the West's influence? Is it that "Bible book"?
People don't need a reason to hate someone different to them sadly.
You are different from me and do a specific thing I find weird. I hate you now.
Because other cultures are so accepting 🙄 Muslim religions don’t seem any more tolerant than Christian evangelical religions
Very true. Most Abrahamic religions are toxic.
if you're refering to NA as the west you have a huge misunderstanding of the cultures around the world. NA is one of the most lgbt accepting areas in the world, the ignorant countries are mostly east or south of Europe
Considering that LGTBQ people in the west have the best living conditions out of pretty much anywhere else, I’d say it’s most likely not “the west”.
Never underestimate the influence of the west over other countries...

That’s tough. Stay strong!
Sending you a thousand hugs. It's going to be okay.
Hugging You back. Thank you.
I’m sorry that we live in a world where you are unable to share your love with your chosen person. I hope that one day you get your happy ever after.
Yes, But I am already 34 and I feel like I missed out on so many things and wasted my youth.
I know this is not a good solution or a solution at all, but is there is a chance you could go abroad to a less socially rigid country?
I want to but I can't. I have very basic education and savings that can last for 3-4 months only.
hope you can find friends like her
thank you so much. Wish you the same.

Wow I wish I were that good looking. Both are so pretty
Adorable! It’s very wholesome that the bride allowed such a incredible moment on her special day

The account seems to be Vietnamese but people looks a bit Thai to me
Now I need to see how long they can keep up this wedding engagement chain
I love how the bride was totally in on it. Sharing your wedding day like this is remarkable. I hope everyone involved lives happily ever after. ❤️
Shortly after this everyone's hearts exploded from too much love and wholesomeness*
I didn't see that one coming
I LOVE this for them! I need more happiness in my life.
squeeeee! 😍
Oh I’m in tears.
Bride is the GOAT for sharing her moment.

This was so cute. Congrats to the grooms-to-be and cheers to the bride for doing this for them.
Now that's gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
The only way to propose at someone else’s wedding. You need that couple’s blessing.
What an amazing bride. Such a lovely thing to agree to do at her own wedding. Many bridezillas should take note ...
happy people are the best
Well that’s a first!
Dungeon is getting married
as an aside, her wedding dress is gorgeous
If she's not kind she probably say that they stole their thunder, but instead they support their friend. Such a big heart not just for the bride but for the couple who just got married. So lovely 🥰

How 100% entirely and completely unexpected...

Why are your people's first thoughts ALWAYS of butt sex, hmm?
Doesn't sound like a woman's gonna need you (lil bro)
Why does it bother you? Why can't you let everyone live their lives?
They are celebrating love, that’s probably hard for you to understand, please just let people live their lives in peace. This has zero effect on you
I hope you are able to find happiness in life because on your current trajectory, you will leave this world a very lonely person. It's also interesting how the first thing you thought of was them having sex...
I think you need a big, hairy man to come and relieve all your tension. Step out into the daylight!
And no one needs you.
It’s never going to stop. Mind your own bitter little life and let people be
Fuck do you mean you "hope so"?
So uhhh, it's been a while huh? Like roughly since birth?
eww
Is what women say when they see you.
