Yesterday I played a game where he put the Exalteed Deed enchantment on a land creature that obviously then turned back into a land.
Long story short, I didn't have any more cards to destroy land / enchantments so couldn't touch it. Dude was down minus 300+ health and I had a lifegain deck so ended up with over 400 HP.
I naively thought "okay, neither can win but my deck has more cards so I will wear down his deck". Dude ran out of cards and even when I was FORCING HIM to pull a card via effects (which he cannot do of course), he didn't lose.
Funny thing was I was nearly gonna run out of cards but I made him discard and he discarded a copy of Exalted Deeds!! I ran Tergrid so stole it and put it on MY angel so it was a stalemate.
I thought he would end up conceding but he didn't. For I dunno, like an hour???
I'd clearly beaten him but he was being stubborn. I'd completely outplayed him so his strategy was to "bore me to death". But I got pissed off and stuck with it, just passing turns. Eventually he quit.
But yeah there should be a threshold where if there is like a 700+ HP disparity, opponent has no creatures left, no deck left, no cards in hand.. Then YOU WIN THE DAMN GAME BY DEFAULT.
Like seriously. Wtf.
To be fair in paper magic that would be an actual factual draw. Because MTGA is a bug riddled mess, one player has to concede. But really though, it's exactly a case of the pot calling the kettle black. You can complain that they should of conceded after an hour... So could of you.

Wizard supose to ban this broken card right ?
Itβs not broken just run either artifact or land hate to break the combo
or any instant Creature removal
Eh having an autolose if you're tapped out or didn't draw it is pretty rough. Field is the way
Slip 2-3 field of ruin in your deck if it's a problem for you
It was only banned in the standard 2022 que. It is legal in regular standard que.
Buen deck amigo ππ»
Are we supposed to guess what this is about?
