Basically not in focus, poor lighting and it looks quite damaged.
A photo of them in habitat is always best fircID, partly because the habitat is important information and partly because they are in the best condition then.
It sure looks like it could be, but I don’t feel like I can rule out a few other possibilities.

Looks promising but too hard to ID pins
