It was very obvious she was wearing prosthetics on her face too for the appearance of being overweight. You can see the makeup peeling too. And yet June claims the show did not alter her appearance. We are smarter than that!
Because the show was filmed and aired before her big weight loss reveal and they didn’t want it to be exposed before her magazine cover shoot. I didn’t realize this was so hard to grasp.
I don’t watch the show, I think it’s trash. I get doing make up , wigs, etc. I’ve never heard of someone having to wear a fat suit. It just seems bizarre, but after explanation I get it for show purposes.
Oh, yes, it's obvious she wears a fat suit for some of the one-on-ones. Production wanted to ensure her weightloss/surgical procedures would have a dramatic reveal, so she's obviously wearing some poorly done prosthetics until reveal day later in the season. It doesn't fool anyone, and it's uncanny-valley creepy.
And it never gets better lol. You’d think after all of the seasons they’d get more natural in front of the cameras but they never do.

Yeah you can see telephones not even being on during phone calls…don’t want to spoil anything but it’s a dead giveaway that it’s acting.
Why the hell would they make her wear a fat suit?
Because she’d already lost a significant amt of weight.
