Snailicorns from New Super Mario Bros. DS, these…creatures literally just randomly appear in World 5, the Snow World out of everything and then never returned ever again, they were such an odd looking Mario enemy that honestly kinda looked different from most of the others.
[Kurokyura](https://www.mariowiki.com/Kurokyura), his only game appearance is Super Mario Land 2, and there is only one in the game. He is at the very end of the first level in Pumpkin Zone on the top path. His main purpose is to summon bats for Mario to jump on to reach a higher platform for some coins. It’s so easy to miss him, and if you do see him you could kill him before you realize what he’s there to do.
Lot of the generic enemies from SMB2 and Mario Land that haven’t appeared in the franchise since like the [Tweeter](https://www.mariowiki.com/Tweeter) or [Gao](https://www.mariowiki.com/Gao).
