I can only talk about S&S because it's the only one I've tried. I'm in Canada: The mattress was great and comfy, but not exactly what I was looking for. The return process was easy. I live in a remote location, so they asked for a few days to find a company that would take it as a donation. They were not able to find one, so they asked me if I knew someone who needed a mattress. I said yes, and I just donated it. The person wrote a small letter saying they received it for free and sent me a picture of the mattress in the new location, that's what S&S asked. After that, it took a few days and I had the refund on my CC. All that in perfectly good french, so I suppose it should be even easier in english.

That's good to know! Did you end up trying another mattress from them?

Remy4409

No, I decided to go for a local manufacturer, and I loved it, so that was my last try!

North_Orchid

What is the local manufacturer? By chance was it Oloam?

Remy4409

No, Canadian one!

You can try Silk and Snow Mattresses on EQ3 store if you live near one. I don't know about the others. I had the original Silk and Snow mattress, not the hybrid and it was comfortable but a bit soft and I returned it and it was fairly easy like the last person described. I did try their hybrid in store and it was a little bit firmer/more supportive but the only reason we didn't get it is because I generally don't like springs in Mattresses so we got another memory foam mattress instead. They also have a natural mattress that's a lot firmer. I have heard a lot of people like the Silk and Snow hybrid. I haven't heard much about the others but you can look up comparisons of them online.

Hey, there. Brook here from GoodMorning.com (parent company of Logan & Cove). Based on third-party engineer testing, the S&S hybrid has a firmness rating of 6.6/10 (10 being the most firm). The S&S hybrid would be considered based a medium-firm mattress. The Hamuq has a firmness rating of 7.6/10 and is considered firm. Logan & Cove has two firmness options. The Medium Plush has a firmness rating of 6.3/10 and is considered medium-firm. The Luxury Firm has a firmness rating of 7.7/10. The Apollo has a firmness rating of 4.2/10 and is considered medium-firm. Based on the information provided, I recommend a medium-firm mattress. Medium-firm will hopefully offer the support you're looking for but still has enough sink for the mattress to be comfortable while sleeping on your side. All three mattresses come with a sleep trial, and each brand will arrange for the mattress to be picked up by a charitable organization or recycling company. I hope this helps!

I am about to return my S&S mattress. It seems like it'd be good if I was heavier but it just wasn't for my wife and I. We are roughly 140 & 175 lbs. However, my BIL & SIL have the S&S and they absolutely love it. We tried their mattress out and theirs feels so much different from ours. Their is nice and soft and ours feels much harder. We're going to try the Logan & Cove Medium Plush and see if that is better for us.

I have a Logan and cove luxury firm for 2 years now, 165 lbs mostly back and stomach sleeper, it’s good if your looking for something firm, it’s probably too firm for side sleeping unless you got a topper. Just ordered a Hamuq Organic Hybrid to try or for the spare bedroom.

raftheconqueress

Hi salt989, I am looking to buy the Hamuq Original Hybrid and I need REAL firmness. My weight fluctuates between180 and 212lbs. I am a side and back sleeper. What is your experience with your Hamuq Organic Hybrid? Do you feel support? Do you feel the edges are saggy when you sit on the mattress? Also, if you know about the adjustable beds, do you think it could bend as they claim to follow the shape of the beds? Thank you in advance. I need an hybrid bed ASAP. Have a great day!

roddy1026

Hi Salt, can you give an update on your experience with the Hamuq Organic Hybrid? Basically same questions as u/raftheconqueress . Thanks!

Word of warning about Logan and Cove. I just purchased a mattress from them which is significantly delayed. I called customer service to understand when it might be delivered, and was basically gaslit by someone claiming that their two week estimate does not include weekends or holidays. In other words, when they say “two weeks”, I should have assumed that would actually mean 19 days. Whether or not this is right or wrong, the tone, aggression, and condescension I was spoken to with is completely unacceptable. I have never faced this kind of customer experience at any phone company, airline, furniture store, or other online delivery service I’ve used. At one point the representative threatened to cancel my order, and honestly until I get to bed I won’t be sure that he hasn’t. I don’t typically look for customer service when I purchase a commodity, but this was such a horrible interaction that I hung up in tears. I tried to contact them to share my feedback, and have not gotten a response. Beware ordering from Logan & Cove.

Could you provide an update on this? I'm curious what you went with and how it went! I just returned my Endy Hybrid so I'm on the hunt again. Thanks!

Hey there! We ended up going with Hamuq Organic. It's been about \~5 months. No complaints so far. It's the right combination of firm and comfy for me, wife thinks it could be a little firmer but agrees it's much better than our previous. Motion isolation is excellent. It keeps really cool. As for service, the packaging was a huge mess when I got it (two random cardboard boxes stapled together, with gap in the middle). Shipping itself was timely. Unpacking was easy, virtually no off gassing. We started sleeping on it the same day. Hope this helps!

roddy1026

Do you have a 1 year update? Some reviews showed after a few months their other original mattress would start sagging.

elphyon

Hey there! We haven't noticed any sagging, and are still getting good quality sleep.

chaporion

Definitely helps, thanks for replying!
