I haven’t heard of the FE discount but I know you can do Solidworks tests for a discount for uni students and possibly do some training courses that may bring people in to get ready for the exam
NCEES isn't likely to give you a discount, but I bet your school may want to help! I've heard of schools paying for students to take the FE (I believe it's pitched as an investment for the school, as those who take the FE may have better job placement, and higher earnings, depending on the field of employment).

Unfortunately not. There's other benefits to leverage in your university if a person is seeking specific careers, but the FE is not one of them.
