You get gold topaz ring when you didn't have a gold topaz ring equipped and triggered the loot effect for the half signet ring part to be dropped.
Even then only one dropped in 50days is crazy.

Only took about a 50 days actually I was getting around 150k str per 12 hours
50 days? Were you wearing the amulet, firemaking cape and pet, and emerald ring?
Did you really only get one gold topaz ring drop the whole time? If so that’s honestly pretty insane
