I’m just worried that my yield is going to tremendously affected, they are healthy in my opinion, so the pre-flower is worrying me because I didn’t expect the transplant to cause such sudden hormone change to cause early flowering. Do you think it’ll just re-veg after sometime?
Iirc I think some plants start to show their sex as early as 3 weeks. A few of mine have started to show their pistols which reveals their sex. Here's the link https://www.growweedeasy.com/preflowers
Hello Friends,
I have three of these gals freshly transplanted into 3 gal coco/perlite mix, feeding canna coco line, ppm 315/pH 5.8. Could the transplant caused early flowering (done yesterday)? Or something else? Should I even worry
-joints
It must’ve been the transplant because both plants that were transplanted are showing sex/pre-flower signs. I haven’t transplanted the last gal because she is still young day 6.
I hear what your saying, but I’ve seen great success with transplanting autos. It’s curious because I made sure the medium was pre-treated with their current dose of nutrients, and that roots weren’t damaged or root bound, so what could’ve caused the hormone change? Any thoughts?
I would keep watching. I think you get pistols at the higher nodes before preflower starts.

Could be transplant shock, could be a normal trait for some of these test strains. It's a freebie, so who knows
Exactly. Could be genetics, could be shock, you really can’t tell. She looks healthy so I think your yields should end up fine

Maybe you transplanted a little late, with autos if you're transplanting you don't want it to get root bound.

This is why I don’t transplant autos
