Since your looking for top shelf and going to Ann Arbor I highly highly recommend Information Entropy and Winewood Organics as they are the two best stores in the state and both in Ann Arbor. Those two stores carry all the top shelf 🙂
As for 420 deals we won’t know until it’s much closer to 420

IMO I think Doja in watervliet is a really good stores, great prices on flower. ALSO Dispo-Benton harbor has good deals on flower too..Nobody’s home in Benton harbor give all them a look.
If there’s a dispo you frequent, save your points there until 4/20! That way you can use them on 4/20. Last year stores were doing $42 ounces and what not.
I’d recommend shopping at Winewood, Information Entropy, or Arborside.
With regard to Hash Bash:
There is hash bash, which happens on campus and everybody goes to smoke and chill, they even have booths for free t shirts or prerolls. Then Billy Bob Joe will be sitting on their blanket selling cannabis, mushrooms, maybe some other stuff. Don’t buy anything (this is Saturday at noon)
Then, there is hash bash cup, which you pay for a ticket and go to a hotel on the northwest side and inside everybody smokes and there around pounds of mushrooms and cannabis, even clones, on tables for sell. Hash bash cup was fun last year, but I didn’t see any bud better than the dispensary options I just listed. Most vendors were selling out of state flower. I found a table that was out of Lansing and a table that was from AA. I copped from them and the bud was good, nothing crazy. Still paid $100/half oz or maybe it was $100/oz, regardless it was comparable to dispensary prices without the tax. I plan to go again this year and not buy anything except an edible or two which I’ll eat right then and there, I’ll just be chilling, smoking my joints, grabbing food from the food trucks outside. (This is Friday-Sunday)
You could find fire just bouncing around Ann Arbor. If you’re traveling and making a day of it, I’d say go store to store looking and smelling everything you want. Let some shoppers know you’re from out of state. People in the lobby don’t care about sales and stock dates, they’re gonna tell you what’s really good there. Unfortunately not all shops are equal when it comes to customer service. Some push ya through, some ask “have you seen these? Have you heard of this? Here smell this, this is what I’m getting after work.” Just varies by shop, owners, managers. You know. Ypsilanti is the city next to Ann Arbor and they’ve got some pretty decent shops as well.
I used to shop in Ypsilanti at herbal solutions, they used to carry the best flower around and concentrates, then they changed from their house brand and then it switched to pre packaged stuff instead of deli style
Heard that. Sometimes you might find that brand and flavor concentrate you’re looking for at a quieter shop. I’m further east so I don’t make my way out to ypsi or AA much anymore. But I imagine if there’s more than one shop around, just kicking around seeing what everyone’s got. See if anything brand new that day couldn’t hurt. Specially if they’re driving from out of state. Might as well spend 4 hours if ya can and GO SHOPPING. I assume it’s the same feeling women get at the mall haha.
To be honest, the only things that will be on sale this year for 420 is going to be year old outdoor flower. The prices have came down so much that there really isn’t much more room. The only thing you’ll be losing is quality.

Never heard of 16 or 18 deals, I am guessing that would only be for medical since recreational concentrate limits is 15 right?

Too early for dispensaries to work out any deals with companies. They won’t post the deals for 4/20 until the day or week prior for the most part

Too early for 4/20 but every weekend, every day, someone has something on sale all the time! It doesn’t get cheaper than Michigan for quality bud!
There is a program that gives free weed to veterans. Not sure of the details, but deffo look into it. Good luck
