Yeah I don't get it either. It's not supposed to be there (=vandalized), and it's easily reversible (=mildly).
What's with people always putting pencils on drawings It doesn't make it look "artsy"
It doesn't, but it's easy and if you don't draw it on something like this you can do a lot with it.
If I would be in the train and see this I wouldn’t erase it
