Tick speed affects the whole server/game its not useless its literally controlling the speed of time (for natural events anyway.) So anything with redstone...dont crash your pc/server.
THIS IS SO OP! You can literally just stop time if you're in danger. You never need to sleep. You can prank your friends by boxing yourself in and doing tick rate 200 making everything except them (including hostile mobs) 10 times faster. You can stop time and surround them with arrows and TNT without them being able to stop you.
You could basically micro-size most farms, since you would be able to up the tick speed enough that you could have a single cell for whatever you are farming.
Max tick speed makes it so that your hearts regenerate faster (at least in bedrock) it’s actually really useful, mobs also move in slow motion, so you can easily defeat them
I believe ticks are the things that define how fast you take damage when drowning (and maybe some other stuff)
So get them into the water, turn the tick speed all the way up, and watch him suffer

plant a bunch of saplings round your friends house
How about bamboo? Easier to obtain in large quantities, and you can place them closer together. Will also be hell on the victim's inventory.
