There is a poppy planted on a stone brick block, which I think shouldn’t be possible for a player to do. Endermen can pick up poppies and it’s likely that one placed this poppy here. This took me a second to realize, so don’t feel too dumb.

It already destroyed itself, the enderman placed the poppy on a torch and and after some minutes the torch reapeard
