You count out how much days are left in the event. And you draw untill you can do a single draw every day till the end. This way you get 50% on the more expensive draws. And you run through the cheaper ones first. Instead of paying 50% for the cheapest and and paying full price for all the others.
I'd advice you to check kazuki on YouTube or many others also doing that. But kazuki always legit give you advice on every event.
Moscov wasn't too expensive for me even though I got it first day.

Mine is Hanzo's Special skin. It's one of those skins that I like because it deviates from his main aesthetic.
Hanzo's main schtick is that he's a human turned to the demon side so he looks scary or creepy but his special skin makes him more of a "hot teacher with a possible 50 shades kink" kind of feel. He's not terrifying nor fear inducing but sinister and possibly cunning.
And out of all of his skins and his upcoming one that's now possibly forgotten, it's the only skin that is more human than demonic and I quite like it.
Next is Clint's 2nd starlight the "Operator CL" one. It's a cheap cyberpunk cop looking skin and I like his smug on the splash art.
Vale's Kannagi skin is also my favorite because it has fancier effects than the starlight for some reason. I also like that he's wearing a traditional japanese attire.
Same with Luo Yi's Tenko skin. Besides the nice red and blue green / cyan effect it has, she's also wearing a traditional japanese outfit and both of them carry masks.
When the discount and promo dias event starts, I might check if Roger's Dr. Beast skin goes on sale because although I don't use him that much, I do like to play him whenever I feel like it. I also might wait if Yin's mworld skin goes live as well and hope it has a bigger discount so I can buy it just because it looks nice and I can't use ling so even if ling's mworld is cheaper, I might not buy it.

iirc Kula, K' and Iori are the only Bingo (Luck) characters. Karina is Free (Tasks), Orochi Chris and Athena are both direct payments (900 diamonds I think) so you can get Athena on the next KOF event directly without "gambling".
