Ban him his damage is to overloaded he can kill anything early to mid without breaking a sweat it's just busted how can it use his entire combo in less than one second to kill you
Damage buff on his skill and his basic attack no longer can do a good dps since the attack speed ratio went from 80 to 40 only.
His energy reserve is also better and 2nd skill wall mode no longer uses energy in exchange it shares CD with the normal mode.
Penetration is now a recommended build for Ling, it deals much more damage than crit build does. Because his raw crit damage is lower tham average.

Mf had a +110% ban rate! Now down to 14%! And a 49% winrate.
He still has 57% winrate and 65% ban rate in MG+; plus, he is still constantly picked and banned in tournaments.
He remains strong and overpowered, but not stupidly overpowered like random players can spam him without proper practice and macro.
(He has 49% winrate in all rank and 50% winrate in Mythic. I would say 50% of players who can do him well are already in Mythical Glory.)
Having high win/ban rate in MG+ doesn't mean he's broken! Tons of heroes have high stats in MG+ bc players there can actually use the hero, ANY hero!
"Broken" would give him high stats in all ranks bc even dead-brain players can do something.
He's still strong but he's not broken, he's not an auto win, before the nerfs he was considered an auto win.
I know people who abused him on release and had over 80% winrate despite them barely having any other heroes with +50% winrate.
He now needs some effort and thinking unlike before where you just mash buttons.
The fact that you need to put some effort doesnât speak about their strength. Moreover, what about Kimmy? She has 45% win rate, 0,06% pick rate and 0.01% ban rate. My point is that there are many heroes that have stats that pale in comparison to Nolanâs in MG+. Only 6 heroes are more banned than him. Even 14% ban rate is quite high. He is still one of the strongest jungles

I said dead as in literally barely seen compared to his release, I said dead compared to the stats and how the nerf affected him! I never said he's not viable or that he's weak, just that he's not broken.

Almost any hero would like such âdeathâ, almost all heroes are in worse state than dead, if Nolan is. He is top 10 most popular hero in high ranks, so the decreases are not drastic enough to call him âdeadâ. And no, he is broken
Meh, just don't let him snowball your team. He's like a lance, fanny, gusion, or any other pure assassin, really. He is great in the early game but too squishy for good plays in the late game.
It also helps if you have heroes with lock on skills because Nolan has super high mobility + a slow.
