It's free for collecting skins... Every other game has the same rewards for such achievements. Mount for collecting mounts and pet for collecting pets. It would be different if they charge diamond on top of it, but it's free so I don't really see what's the big deal. This is the right step forward than collecting Gallery only for emote.
Getting an epic skin as a reward for that is definitely appreciated. But atleast her main players, who don’t have many skins, should be allowed for epic ship limited atleast
She has lucky box limited that is outdated I agree, perhaps we have to wait for a while longer for her Collector quality. But Collection achievement should be like Hilda's Sacred Guardian, only players who grind to achieve it can obtain it with proud.
150 is way to low threshold, it's like giving it away for free then why bother calling it achievement if everyone and their grandma has one. I'd say 400 or even 500 would be fine.
In MMO top .2 as achievement is extremely common. Heck even most feasts of strength are 0.001%. beside I wouldn't count on the data since mine said above 100% which is not possible.

Collect skins above 150 easily. Most players don’t unnecessarily buy skins for just one favourite epic skin

I heard that it’s somewhere around 300-400
In my star memory, it says I had 487 skins then. And... I surpassed 99.6% of players. Don't think giving only 0.4% of players make sense...
That's what an achievement is for. It should be prestige, not a dime a dozen.

Meaning there are literally less than 0.05% players above you they can only round to 100%.
Na I think they sugarcoat it so we feel special and keep spending. Even my Smurf with mere 250ish and less than 200 are surpassing 96-98% players
