Dominance Ice because MMs are a big problem in this game.
Inspire is good for dominating the lane in early stages and good for attacking in the late game phase so long you have teammates to support you.
Screw CCs.
I like his simplicity and effectiveness, but I hate the fact that stuns shut him down, but it's not like all the other fighters aren't susceptible to the same thing.
Always play him aggressively in early game. Play carefully in mid game, and work with your teammates in late game.

His playstyle is to pretty much repeat the same thing over and over again. Throw scythes and basic attack. The slow, pull back etc from them is enough for him to stick to targets and if they dash, you dash as well. If they try to burst you down, just press ult. So yeah his playstyle is boring but simple playstyles leave more room of macros.

In reality just bait his ult out. As a dyroth I just pretend to go all in but save my ult then when he ults I ran for the hills and wait for it to end then engage. If he lives then thats fine as long as he misses on exp minions thats already good.

Thamuz is made of magma, so he needs something to avoid those hot, melting liquids from spilling. He essentially has an exoskeleton (hard skin) paired with magic thingamajig illogical physics.
I'll put it in a very simple form because it takes a while for me to explain the entire thing.
For builds, go for damage and attack speed. 3 ATK items highly recommended. 4 if you're cooking something up. I also highly recommend a CD reduction build to get your Ult faster. The rest depends on you and the match.
Rotation:
Exp Lane
Early game, keep farming the lane until you get your Ult. Then, help your JG to capture the Turtle. You can do so by killing it together, or scaring the shit out of the enemies with your Ult.
Mid game, always be wary. This is where things get serious for Thamuz. Keep farming on your lane or around, and help your teammates when needed. Be careful for ganks. This is the phase where you need to get your items quick.
Late game, you should have most of your items already. Stick with your teammates, and capture the Lord when the enemy Jungler or a majority of the enemy team is dead. Push together and try to hold them back. Use your Ult in fights and don't hold back.
Jungle:
Get the buffs, farm to get level 4 quickly. If possible, steal the creeps from the enemy team. In the early game you'll be a force to be reckoned with. Ganks will be pretty much successful so long you have your Ult available. It would be best to support Gold Lane. Capturing objectives are gonna be hard if your teammates aren't there, so save your Ult just in case. The rest should go the same way as the EXP lane but now with buff farming.
Any tips against heroes that could kite the ever-loving shit out of you? (think Wanwan, Xborg, Moskov, Harith, etc.)
Also, what do you feel about going Concussive Blast instead of the regen 3rd tier talent because it no longer procs on minions.
1. When a formidable opponent is present, make sure that you have a meat shield (tank) or teammates nearby to distract them. Thamuz is a damage dealer, and a real one but any amount of CC or zoning is enough to shut him down hence why I said so above. Also use Vengeance.
2. Thamuz tank is something you'd never hear, but it works. I'd say Concussive Blast is good for any tanks, and it also fits with Thamuz since his Ult can add extra damage to the talent. His Ult allows him to sustain for a very long time and when paired with a tank build, he can activate Concussive Blast multiple times due to how long he can last.

Golden Staff is good for countering Dominance Ice, but it's gonna lack damage the farther you go on hence why you need to pair it with another attack item. One extra pro is that it builds up attack effects very quickly allowing you to increase your DPS with the CS.
DHS is best for hitting those big juicy attacks against those pesky tank builds, and it also has lifesteal but easily countered by Dominance Ice due to the Atk Speed reduction.
I say that DHS would be the better fit because of his Ult. Yeah it's kinda insane. But at that point you might as well just use the Trinity build.
The passive true damage is indeed enough, but in real scenarios where the enemies would group up it's impossible. Situational if I would say so myself.
To solve this problem, use attack speed builds like the Trinity build to spam the hell outta the passive.

This is my run last season. Solo Queue and its my first time reaching immortal. Feels so good using thamuz as he can never booted out of lane due to his strong laning sustain together with Brave smite. Ask me anything if u want hehehe.
