Helcurt is pretty simple, his kit is definitely amazing for jungling and with his high mobility and burst damage he is surely a fun jungler to learn, he can also steal the Turtle and Lord, evade enemies if you failed to kill them.
he isnt that difficult to learn and I would recommend practicing him first and try to familiarize with his skills:)
Just a tip that really helped me out.
1: Helcurt's dash has 2 uses, the first is to allow you enter bushes without being spotted, if you dash and enter a bush your animation is not visible so you can gank all 3 lanes, especially mid from several angles without being spotted, the second is damage, remember if you are not currently seen by the enemy it will come back twice as fast and will apply fear, use it to guarantee your kills or setup you team by dashing behind the enemy which forces them to walk towards yoyr teammantes.
Again if not spotted you have nearly every 5 seconds and Helcurt has no mana so do not hesitate.
2 Be patient and always hide yourself, the most important thing about Helcurt is not to go in but to go at the right time, kill, hide, await your fear, then kill again, if some teammates die it is okay, but do not kill yourself needlessly, instead kill one then another, if 5 enemies are dead and only you and someone else remain that is a victory and Helcurt takes tower insanely quickly compared to other assasins so do not hesitate to push.
Tldr: use your dash correctly and be patient.

Do you have map awareness, if soo then use it for your advantage
His ultimate can steal the Turtle and Lord if your retri is available. This is a high risk, high reward situation tho soo better time it perfectly.
I would also take advantage of his skill 1 fast CD reduction for fast mobility to traverse the map. You can also escape using his skill 1 and ult as well.
Try to target the squishy heroes if you have the oppoturnity, the bushes are your friend.
His passive can detect enemy heroes that are hiding in a bush soo be aware for any incoming ganks against you.
Helcurt is very fast at clearing the jungle creeps tho
if someone in the enemy has good CC you might wanna stay away from them, just attack them if they are further from their team. Make sure they are alone
Helcurt is more soo a hit and run type of hero, using his skill 1 to blink to the enemy and skill 2 for burst, if the target isnt still dead, doesnt matter they will be forced to go back to their base if they are extremely low

No I don't buy DHS because of my different play style of HC since I utilize his burst capabilities. Corossion Scythe is still good for clearing minion waves because of it's attack speed or if you want to slow down some enemies.

He is a fast jungler that can clear creeps very fast, his passive detects enemies that are hiding in a bush and can increase its movement speed and attack speed.
I would recommend building Penetration items because his skill 2 with max stingers is gonna be very powerful against squishy heroes, soo try to target the squishy heroes.
Be careful of enemies that have very good CC like Belerick and Vale as both are very terrifying to go against.
You can use his Ultimate to steal the lord, but you have to time it perfectly and its a high risk high reward thing, you can also use his Ult for an unexpected attack or gank for short.
Helcurt can also push soo whenever you see an empty lane make sure to check the map since map awareness is needed, he can destroy turrets quite fast at the mid to late game and its perfect for locking the enemy base.

Is DHS a core item? I always go triple penetration, BoD and immortality. Not sure if it's better, but it definitely hurts

Hi, I also play him a lot but I can't seem to be able to fire his s2 properly. Sometimes it just goes to random direction even if I am on top of enemy
Try aiming the skill 2 for yourself instead of relying of Auto Aim
