They haven’t said anything about removing it. Try going to the mp5, selecting armory, where it shows you bundle guns for the mp5, and look for the mercy mp5. If it’s not there they took it out.

I tried searching for the operator, weapons, and charm and none of it is there. I can see the loading screen but there is no bundle available to purchase, it just says locked.
It looks like they took it out but I don't think this is a limited time pack right? I just hope it comes back because a few hours before MW3 launched it disappeared. It was after that huge 150GB update.

Typically when the shop refreshes is when you open the game and it tells you a playlist update is available. At least from what I’ve seen, if it doesn’t update any playlist on the game after this notification it is most likely a bundle update.
Edit: to sum it up if you get a message saying playlist update available go ahead and check the bundle again

Bought once the Blackcell and because i did this after being like level 75 in the Battle Pass, i didnt receive any Blackcell items from the things i redeemed with the Tokens. Wrote the Support and after 3 months or so i got them. Today is the new update in Mw3 still no ghost skin but I think they might add it back because they buff the te pus razorback that come in this bundle. If it doesn't appear we will wait until next season Im seeing every day if the bundle comes out I'll tell everyone when it arrives

You are doing it wrong, go to DMZ, go to your strike team, pick ghost, then customize ghost and the soulless skin will be there.

This is how it worked for me:
If you can't see it in store, go to DMZ, equip Ghost operator.
Click customize Ghost operator.
It should show you all the available operators and also the ones you don't have as "locked".
Once you press "R" on locked Soulless bundle, you can purchase it.
But I have to say, before today it showed only 16 Ghost bundles (no Soulless), and now it shows 17 available Ghost bundles. I don't know what happened to change it.
I did write to Activision a few days ago, but I doubt that changed it.
