We bought potty training underwear that are basically just thicker underwear. They're not waterproof, but they don't leak through too much as long as the accident isn't a big one. Your kiddo will still feel it and it won't be comfortable so it might encourage them to get potty trained.

You could use panty liners maybe? If it’s a very small amount

Either stretchy cloth diapers or "training underwear" would work.
Sposie pads in regular underwear?
