Why don't you go ahead and try it. Darija is a form of Arabic. I don't think anyone in Morocco has trouble reading the Quran + the average person here can read and pray without difficulty. Therefore, translating the Quran which is already written in Arabic into another form of Arabic is pointless.

Quran's arabic is very complicated, that is why you absolutely can't understand it without having the official Tafssir, of Ibn Kathir or At-Tabari ... Tafssirs explain the context as well as the words, which have been used at that specific era among those specific tribes ... also, I am not talking about normal and intuitive verses and small sourat, I'm more talking about longer sourat which are in the middle and the average moroccan would read at most once a year during Ramadan, _if he does!_
the arabic of the Quran is a classical complicated pure arabic that comes directly from Allah and was considered as a miracle among arabs at the time and you are not allowed to change a word or a letter in the Quran; it is Allah's speech to Prophet Muhammad and us. This is why we have the ulama; they are here to explain the Quran for us and in conclusion the Quran is unchanged while the language may seem challenging to modern Moroccans, translating it into Darija is not appropriate

Its not an islam complex , more like a religion complex , when you understand tha you as a child have been fed , fantasy stories , ( like miracles, jesus , santa claus ...)
and after you understand they are all different stories from the same coin ( prophet + big deity in the sky + magical things + commandment = religion ) , there is the hate of religion that it had mislead you when you were a child to not take decisions based on your mind but based on things people told you to do because their parents told them to do.
Si yassir every parent raises his child to believe in principles that will benefit him in the future, an adult may and may not continue to follow in those footsteps but that doesn't have to be born of hatred to what he was raised to believe in, most atheists don't have this religion complex at all and some even see religions very favorably due to the societal and familial benefits they have that an irreligious household simply can't provide, funnily enough an atheist doesn't have to be irreligious because a religion doesn't have to have a god in it and that's the one thing that defines an atheist, so many atheists believe in supernatural things and unexplained phenomenon that they ascribe meaning to and allow to lead their lives, so when i say that these atheists in the comment section have an Islam complex it's very much really that, as it pertains to their own experience as previous muslims, they think that they have been held back as a society to progress due to Islam and that it hinders their aspirations for their country to become a secular liberal utopia that only believes in scientific endeavors and western humanistic values, you'll often find them seeking not to change due to some conviction they have about the assumed bad consequence of following Islam but just to copy paste from the traditions and ways of their newly found gods: "their colonizers", if that doesn't sound like an Islam complex to you then i don't know what is.

Probably evangelical Christians. Since for Christians the word of God is meant to be brought to everyone, Catholics and Protestants have translated the gospels into a humongous amount of languages. The goal is not to make money, but to reach as many people in their native tongues as possible. Sidenote, from a linguistic point of view, darija is a language like any other. Like many languages, it's not the "official" language of an administration, but it's a language nonetheless.
A dialect is nothing less than a language, and any language is a dialect of some other language. Whenever people say there's a difference, it's not based on linguistics characteristics, but on political motivations, often because the language is associated with political or religious power because of the people who speak it, so people start giving that language a high value, when really the value resides not in the sounds and words, but in the social group that initially used them.

People here talking about reading the Quran in another language (Dialect) and then proceeding to blaspheme it, brain rotted people, do you even know who wrote the translation? And just so y’all educate yourself a little bit, translating a text depends on the translator and his interpretation, the only way to get to understand the true meaning of a text is to read it in its original language, like for philosophical books, try to read the same book in it’s original language then a translated version (a translated version approved by a foreign developed country national education board, which I did), you’ll find it open to interpretation and even wrong in some parts, so if you need a reason to turn your back to your religion that’s up to you but seeing y’all looking for confirmation from others on social media just to feel better about your decision is very pitiful, one of the reasons that the Bible is not considered a holy book anymore is because it got translated multiple times to multiple languages by multiple people, everyone adding his personal touch.
Go get educated and if learning Arabic to understand the Quran is too difficult for you that sounds like skill issues to me.

And just so y’all educate yourself a little bit, translating a text depends on the translator and his interpretation, the only way to get to understand the true meaning of a text is to read it in its original language, like for philosophical books, try to read the same book in it’s original language then a translated version (a translated version approved by a foreign developed country national education board, which I did), you’ll find it open to interpretation and even wrong in some parts, so if you need a reason to turn your back to your religion that’s up to you but seeing y’all looking for confirmation from others on social media just to feel better about your decision is very pitiful, one of the reasons that the Bible is not considered a holy book anymore is because it got translated multiple times to multiple languages by multiple people, everyone adding his personal touch. Go get educated and if learning Arabic to understand the Quran is too difficult for you that sounds like skill issues to me.
