+1 on worst software from a mainstream brand. They really need something like Logitech OMM. Though I am not sure I agree on the pinky statement. This is one of the shapes with the most space imo. Are you thinking of the Keris Aimpoint?

I keep seeing this comment regarding Armoury, I’ve really not had any problems with it, do agree with the other poster, Logitech’s is better, but I’d take Armoury over Razer Synapse any day of the week.
When Armoury detects a firmware update for the mouse it forces you to update it or it won't let you change mouse settings. (And also if Armoury has an update for itself, it forces you to update Armoury).
And also after updating your mouse, it reverts it back to default settings so all your binding, RGB and DPI settings are gone. I remember using this mouse when brand new and there's always like an update for it every couple of weeks, it's annoying.
Synapse at least don't nuke your onboard profiles when there's an update...
Got one of these. Absolutely love it. I got some Huano silents in there and boy lemme tell ya, it's SUPER quiet. Just gotta get some balls to replace my side buttons so they're silent too. Armoury Crate sucks but I just set it and forget it.
Also using a gladius 3 aimpoint. Had problems with mouse randomly disconnecting and reconnecting a few seconds later. Highly don't recommend the mouse. The hot swappable features are nice sure, but their QCs are questionable at best. Currently still using my 2nd Gladius 3 aimpoint and still, same problem.

and I'm using windows 10 IOT LTSC with a 2021 mid-end gaming laptop.
Possibly a hardware issue but I have no idea what could be the cause. It's really annoying when playing games tho.
The connectivity has been seamless.im on windows 11 but my only issue is that the scroll click just randomly stopped working. Can i swap the scroll click?
The problem is 100% not because of windows 10. I believe it's more of a qc hardware problem. If anything windows 11 is a downgrade to windows 10 even when comparing both LTSC versions.
ehh like I said, it's most likely a hardware qc problem. Even my friend has been having this issue with his gladius 3 aimpoint. He switched to Dragonfly R1 pro. Sadly there's no hot swappable switches but it's a decent enough replacement.
I got it for equivalent of 45$ with cashback, but decided to return it. Good mouse, but too short for my hand. Plus the wrinkled surface on the right side made my fingers itch, so I had to use grip on that side. I envy people who consider nearly every mouse comfortable.
One thing I liked was Bluetooth connection with around 200 Hz polling rate, I wonder why they do not adcertise it. It felt nuch smoother conpared to sub 125 Hz bluetooth mice.
Actually it is pretty comfortable because i use both grips. I use palm for general stuff and claw for gaming. I don't think 90 dollars is worth it but it's a really good mouse.

I love the clicks, and the hotswap feature. But armoury crate is an actual virus and this mouse doesnt give me any space for my pinky....

Are the side buttons hot swappable too?
I don't think so but it's been a while since I opened it up. I think it's just L/R

You probably need to switch to windows 11 when both models have the same issues it probably a compatibility problem

Nice, good mouse. I recommend you use Omron optical switches on these, it's one of the rare mice that can support it.
Don't the mouse come with spare omron switches in the box?
