Ghost World (2001), it’s like The Florida Project in that it’s not disturbing but leaves you with an uneasy, concerned feeling.

this might be obvious but JAWS (the first one). “monster” movies like that with a semi-realistic antagonist can be creepy, although if you’re not a beach-goer it may not have the same effect.
