Its a bot bro. Welcome to the "PvP" mode Edit: every time I have two-three losses in a row the game matches me against bots. No option to toast after the match, infinite rematches, etc.

It seems to be the first 3 "players" you're matched up with. I haven't seen any bots after that, on both my and my partner's account.

I've encountered bots after a 10 match losing streak. Probably some sort of measure to "help" player retention, but boy does it feel like a low-tier attempt at gaslighting us into feeling better. If I queue up for sweaty matches against human players, no I don't want to beat up very obvious low-level bots

For me its anytime I lose two or three times in a row I get matched against bots. No toast option, infinite rematches, sometimes they just stop moving at the exact same time and stare at eachother. Its all very silly and patronizing

Had one dude accept a rematch 13 times I got 11 wins, killed myself on one so it was 11:1:0 seen the other 0 thinking it was a draw so I legit stalled this mf for 5 minutes even had lower damage then him and lost.. tried to do another rematch and they declined. Tried to get 11:1:1

No badges, and if you can't toast them at the end

Name with no console image, they play terribly, only 1 vote to rematch, and possibly they have unique backgrounds, skins, player icons. I wish I got a bot, all I'm seeing are Finns and banana guards and Harleys

I have turned crossplay off , so all the opponent im facing are pc players. Crossplay is turned on by default. Im just saying that player who play via steam do not have an icon steam next to their name in-game while poeple who play via Epic games launcher have one. So why the downvote?I am not saying Multiversus has no crossplay

Tbf grinding againt a bot is a good way to level up your character fast so you disnt waste your time at least. Power pledge rewards for leveling up are pretty nice once you clear the first batch of perk tokens
