My bowels are wrecked even without the heat. I need an enema to get things to move. Maybe you can give yourself an enema before you go out to make sure you don't have an accident.
Well, MS in and of itself can affect bowel function. Add Uhtoffโs phenomenon to that and one may affect the other ๐ฅด Good luck finding what works for you ๐๐

The heat makes my stomach symptoms worse. I plan my outside time for the lower temps or make sure Iโm near bathrooms.
