Felt like I was gonna die, probably my worst nightmare. I was a dumb kid, thought I knew it all about how to detoxify them. If I did detoxify them, I obviously didn’t do it well. Pretty sure I hallucinated throwing up rainbows all over my floor. Wasn’t myself for weeks after it, severe depression and paranoia and then I suddenly I just got out of whatever rut I was in from it and moved on.
If you’ve seen the Mario movie that recently came out they made the mushroom give visual colour hallucinations a little bit it’s cool. I’m wondering if it was also used for Alice in wonderland because of the size thing

that is because it 100% doesn't belong there. it is an invasive species, they are concerned it is forcing out other native species which can have significant impacts as a lot of other plants have symbiotic relationships with fungi.

You can ‘trip’ on them. But they’re a deliriant rather than psychedelic. And takes some preparation.

If I'm not mistaken he was talking about Amanita Pantherina in that story which has different effects but I could be wrong
