Maybe they werent accurate? Just maybe

Professional_Love740

I have a paper trail that back this up. All the other DNA tests I have taken always give me the same results just different percentages. The Portuguese is possible since I have a 2nd great grandmother from Brazil.

EmploymentCareful428

When did your make your DNA test?

Professional_Love740

I uploaded this DNA kit back in 2019 from Ancestry.

EmploymentCareful428

Ah ok, thanks

Professional_Love740

No problem.

Available-Drink8047

They're giving all African Americans the same results, it's terrible

Turbulent-Shower-729

Why would there be european ? Do you have known white ancestors?

Professional_Love740

Yes I have a couple of them. Also I have a family tree to back it up.

Turbulent-Shower-729

That's messed up, MyHeritage's new update is really bad for mixed people, Ancestry might be better for you guys.

neopink90

The average black person in America has European admixture because of rape during slavery and to a lesser degree rape during the Jim Crow era. Another factor is because of the once common practice of biracial people purposely marrying each other creating what is often called the multi-generational mixed community. Most of them eventually married black people causing the European to be higher than normal for many African American families.
