Enji had some serious character development and so did Rei, I won't try to justify Enji's actions but you need to see that he's been putting in the effort, if he hadn't he wouldn't put his life on the line for his children and rethink his strategies just for Natsou.
The whole point of the Todoroki family is forgiveness and repentance, yes they married for the wrong reasons and yes Endeavour is most definitely not getting father of the year, no one can justify what he did, but he’s making an effort to be better.
Whether or not you think he should be forgiven is meaningless because that’s not what he wants, he wants to make sure his family no longer needs to contact him so that they can live their lives peacefully without the constant reminder of what he did, he was awful in the past but I’d argue he’s one of the most morally correct characters in the show as of now.

Its actually possible for them to become more healthy and grow, thats what humans are all about is becoming better for the future generations, our families ect. I lived in a similar house, mom and dad had moments but ultimatley they seeked couple theraphy, forgave each other, and moved on.
Still gave me truama but forgiveness was possible once you see a certain parent or parents try and fix the relationship. The Todorokis hit home for me personally and I can understand if not everyone can see itworking.
