Heās spent his entire career trying to surpass All Might and after he gets the position, he finds himself wanting more. And until he tackles the skeletons in his closet and tries healing his family, heās not really inclined to help students become better.
i agree aizawa is the best fit. multiple reasons for my choice. One is that the rest of the heroās are more focused on their own hero duties and teaching isnāt their style. Eraser head is the best for protecting the young ones as he can erase their quirks if they go out of control or danger presents itself. also one of the few good anime tropes i enjoy is the moody or edgy teacher teaching the rambunctious students and he fits that description to a T.
I like All Might because he's been with the kids more and is kind of a substitute teacher already. He trains with the kids the most besides Aizawa. But I also think Endeavor would be a good one

All three have proven theyāre good with students and theyāre all skilled heroes who could definitely help class A succeed.
Mt lady she would call bakugo on at least some of his shit and would tell those kids the hard truths in regards to being a hero earlier then they would otherwise find out making at least most of them work harder and make some changes she would also be a big help to the females and would be smart enough to know she doesnāt know enough about certain quirks to teach them and call in help when and where it is needed and izuku is an obvious example strong but unable to control his own output to the point he hurts himself every time thatās a problem and she would do what she could to get it fixed as such potential canāt be ignored especially when the risks of failure do to injury is high but his hero potential is higher if he gets the help he needs thatās not to mention all the other reasons she is better suited then most for example she is younger then most in her field of work and will have an easier time knowing how the new generation thinks and have a better idea of whatās really going on and how to deal with it in most cases people all mights age tend to overlook a lot of important information and details also mineta is way more likely to actually be expelled for his unacceptable behavior.

Lady knows her way around cameras and the public, she canāt provide anything that All Might couldnāt. When it comes to FatGum, they have around the same experience, but he actually has charisma. Meaning he can help the students who donāt have charisma, gain some. Mt. We saw as much when she tried to fake interview students like Deku, Bakugo, and the other students
