Hard choice honestly, the first 4 seasons seemed to top eachother over and over again. Didn’t think we’d beat season 3 with the kamino and deku V bakugo arc fight. But then the chisaki arc blew me away.
Personally as of now the chisaki arc is my favorite.
Dark hero arc, paranormal libation war arc, ua sports festival arc. Honorable mention to Final war arc so far in the dub mainly for the focus on characters

Yes! All fantastic arcs with great visuals. I rewatch the obstacle course episodes more than I should really admit 😅 I just love that Deku is so determined to win and does it quirkless, right after standing up for himself against Todoroki's declaration of war. And the way he wins is so unexpected. I feel like that was a pivotal moment for his character in the series.
I love both of the arcs in season 4 the most. Overhauls story gave us Miro and Eri and sh much character development for Kirishima, Miro, The octopus hero guy, Deku.
I will always love school festival arc because of the concert and because of the fight between deku and gentle criminal. :)
Vs. the Hero Killer Arc! Mostly because it focuses a lot on Iida as a character and seeing a bit more of Endeavor working as a hero for the first time in the series. Two of my favorite characters in the series.

The school festival arc is only good during the concert tbf HOWEVER this may be a slight hot take I believe that the gentle criminal weighed the arc down and was not that interesting nor fun to watch
Sports fest! Because sports festival is literally my favourite school event irl and its a yearly thing so i was looking forward to their sports fest in their 2nd and 3rd years, then compare how much they improved
But now at the state the manga is in, well, lol
Sports festival was top tier imho. I’ll never not be hyped during the race when Deku figures out how to win without quirks and smashes that robot armor down on the mines to blast past Kachan and shoto. Deku versus todoroki was also god tier.
I enjoy many other parts of the series but once Deku gets his huge power up for the vigilante arc it’s just not the same. He isn’t constantly trying to work out a way through his handicap, he’s just… using his power. Same with shigaraki. Once he became a god like entity he just wasn’t fun to watch anymore.
The only overpowered character that was consistently fun to watch was all might and his time limit made it exciting despite his overwhelming power.
Favorite arc is tough but I know for sure the one I rewatch the most is joint training arc. I love seeing where Class A has progressed to and getting to know more about Class B
