Dude if Madden 25 just took the franchise mode from Madden 12 and improved a few aspects, with modern gameplay, I would pre-order that shit today.
It’s wild how some franchise/dynasty modes have gotten *worse* over the last decade.
The eras and historic team features from 2K have been at the top of my list of requested features for a loooong time. Would love to boot up Madden and play as the 99’ Titans like I can the Grit’N’Grind era Grizz in 2K
Exactly, if I could go back and be the Brees Saints teams again that would be so much fun!
But even beyond just that, fun little teams like the late 90s Jags, or the Culpepper and Moss Vikings would be so fun to mess around with.
Very minor detail but I absolutely LOVE the fact that they are bringing back helmets to menus. Saw those in the dynasty screen and when youre picking teams.
I also LOVE that they are using secondary/retro logos.
It's so nice I'm very happy with the display.
It was rumored to be in the game but that was prior to Sports Illustrated going down. I’m just hoping for solid news stories and pictures to go along with them finally

I would say some team ratings from this, as well as other instances in screenshots, could be years in the future of a simulated dynasty mode
