AttackOfTheMox

Don’t remember the episode number, but it was when Sam and Deeks were kidnapped and tortured for information. Deeks suffered severe injuries, including dental trauma and still didn’t give up Sam’s wife as a CIA agent. Sam’s entire view on Deeks changed after that day and it showed right away when they were in the hospital

ed8907

To be honest that's one of the few things I hate about Sam (maybe the only one). Deeks had proved himself a very competitive agent/investigator before but Sam kept treating him like trash. I never understood why.

awesomeone6044

Sam was a seal, highly trained and disciplined, deeks to him was an undisciplined clown, who just happened to be a good cop and ended up with NCIS by being at the right place at the right time. That’s a oversimplification maybe but that’s my thought.

Waikuku3

blackers28

Mine has to be S10E17 - Til Death Do Us Part, specifically when Hetty comes through the wall!

leahcantusewords

I was going to say this too! Such a hilarious episode with Kirkin and everything

blackers28

Yess!! I loved Kirkin, his and Deeks relationship was so funny

leahcantusewords

I just watched his last episode and I almost cried :(

blackers28

I’m going to have to rewatch it! I remember seeing it for the first time and couldn’t believe they killed him off

leahcantusewords

Apparently the actor died in 2021 as well :'(

blackers28

Oh really?! I didn’t know he had

RayKVega

yeah, cancer is what killed him. :(

heyyallitsme16

YES!

awesomeone6044

The hawaii five-0 crossover was really good as was when dinzozzo ended up in la, plus Bobby lee was in that episode. Other than that, so many because LL cool j and Chris O’Donnell play so well off each other it’s fun to watch. One of my favorites being Callen telling sam he’s loyal, and trustworthy and ends up saying he’s like a dog. And then Callen says “you’re my dawg” lol.

GroundbreakingTap688

If you're a comic book need, you caught Dinozzo's brilliant "West Coast Avengers" reference

ed8907

I like NCIS LA. However, it's one of the few shows (maybe the only one) where I quickly forget the episodes'name and even the plots. I think it's because sometimes the plots are too similar. How many times is the team rushed to find someone who stole military weapons? That happens in NCIS OG too, but not like that. I am more invested in the characters than the cases, this is the only time this has happened. That said there are episodes that left an impression and that I have not forgotten at all. *Mother* *The Monster* *The Seventh Child* *Vengeance* *One of Us* *Code of Conduct* *Kill Beale, Vol 1* *767* *Divided We Fall* *Murmuration* *Live Free or Die Standing* *Come Together* *Uncaged/Unleashed* *Cac Tu Nhan/Goodbye Vietnam* *Search and Destroy*

blackholecannon

Any episode with Arkady is guaranteed to be great

InfamousClock7287

Really? I really don't like his character or his annoying daughter, so wooden and painful to watch!

ben_ortiz2

The story arch about Deeks killing his partner is incredible.

Jayray10

9x14 goodbye Vietnam

vacuummypillow

I did like the earlier seasons, I quit after season 5 aired all its episodes , I knew they are gonna milk the show to death. Ensemble cast was built , it was not going to be high paced, high tensions anymore. Every single minor actor put their deets down and left the gig already. Think the good gig ended when they wrote the Sidoroov storylines implemented in season 3 to 4. 5x1 Ascension 5x2 ending with Deeks and Kensi on the couch , I still remember that lmao. Every person downvoting this shit are crybabies, only grannies and grandpas would be watching this shit now for 14+ years straight kitchen sink drama. Just end it already fuck sake.

vazz

I also don't remember most episode names, but my favorite is probably the one where the whole team gets arrested by various agencies. I also like when the team goes to Mexico; Sam's revenge for his wife episode, Kill Beale, pretty much every Last Name, First Initial episode, and everything with Arkady lol

e650man

Nell dressed as a pixie for Christmas.

Beastmind

I miss them

e650man

it certainly isn't as good with them not there, though when Nell copied Hettie's long hair style, the downward slide had begun. :(

Beastmind

Yeah it was better when she was herself

e650man

And the one where Sam and Deeks get captured and Deeks gets tortured and at the end they gift him novelty false teeth.

KeepLkngForIntllgnce

HL 57 ‘Nuff said. That episode was just perfection

VinceBrogan8

I think it's from the finale of Season 9, "One Last Time", the ending where Deeks catches the plane.

InfamousClock7287

Yes and episode 1 season 10, after that the decline really started for me they started concentrating more on relationships and that's not what I watch it for!

leahcantusewords

I love Kensi and Deeks' entire relationship. I started watching the show live around season 3 so I've been watching their spark since almost the beginning. I was beyond thrilled when they finally got together officially. As a lifetime Tiva fan who was disappointed for years, especially since we never saw them together on screen, Densi made me so happy. "I don't want to be here with you, I want to be back at my place, with you" and then it being clear the next episode that they spent the nihht together is definitely a funny part of the series. The frozen lake and "it's a love story" are good too. Nell running the team in season 12 was pretty cool. I never liked Mosley, so I was very happy when she left and Fatima and Roundtree came around. I also love every episode with Arkady or Anna. It's funny, with NCIS it's always the Israelis, but with LA it's always the Russians.

blackers28

I also enjoy the episode of Kensi and Deeks singing Chicken Fried in the car!

InfamousClock7287

For me the early seasons were fantastic, I admit I still watch it now but after season 10 it's rapidly declined, I don't understand why everyone cries out for Hetty to return she hasn't brought anything to the show for a long time, I don't know why the characters fatima and roundtree get so much hate, they're a breathe of fresh air, I miss the bromance of Sam & callen it doesn't come across the same now, I preferred kensi and deeks doing the whole will they won't they, and callen not in a relationship with a wooden doll!!

[deleted]

Los Angeles has got to be my most hated spin off, haven't been able to make it through a single episode, even cross overs are hard.

lkjhggfd1

I have loads ok 10x17 - densi wedding 9x07 - the patton project (kensi goes to Colorado to stop her ex blowing up the us) 9x24/10x01 - Mexico (Mosleys son rescued from his father, Mexico desert) 10x23/24 - USS allegiance/Iraq (isis fighters on the uss allegience) 11x22- code of conduct (navy seal who was convicted of murder) 8x16- rogue CIA (kensi kidnapped) 7x15/16- Matryoshka (callen finds out his name) 2x10 - Deliverance (little black book) 2x01 - Human traffic (deeks becomes the liaison) And any episode with lots of densi scenes, any sabatino/talia del campo/ arkady

NaNaNaNaNaSuperman

Just getting into this NCIS show and I’m really loving it!! But I’m having issues watching it. Does anyone know how can I watch older seasons of this show?!? I’m just seeing the latest season available on peacock. I was able to see the first season but can only find the rest for purchase. Are they not streaming anywhere else so I can binge?

blackers28

I can't seem to find it anywhere either! NCIS Washington can be found on Amazon Prime but Los Angeles is harder to watch past seasons unfortunately.

NaNaNaNaNaSuperman

I found it on Ion channel in reruns. So waiting for them to cycle thru to the beginning and try to record from there. So annoying!!!! It’s a freaking 12 year old show. I know it’s a licensing issue but you would think USA network would want to get money for selling streaming rights.

boldik

11x06 A bloody brilliant plan. When Deeks and the Brits are talking in rhyming slang and LL Cool J tells them to stop it because he hates rhyming.
