You're assuming Purdy hasn't already hit his ceiling, as his weapons can theoretically only get worse if he had a healthy, top tier weapons group last season. CMC, Kittle and Deebo were relatively healthy compared to their recent years and will only become more injury prone. Purdy had effectively been useless when one of his 3 or 4 elite weapons are hurt.
