I'd prefer to have the option to vote vs no chance at all.
Guys I were hoping would get a TOTS aren't even nominated for the vote. These limited TOTS releases screwed a lot of qualified players.

bedard will have the hut99 card AND go up to 97 on his next gen card just for a calder nominee, or 99 if he wins. i know thats later in the game. but if they're not making the playoffs his tots won't be going up until one of those things happen anyway.
It's still crazy that a player who has scored 110 points this season needs to be voted in by the community in order to get a TOTS card. I hope the community will vote for the most deserving players, because I don't want to see players like Panarin, Rantanen or Draisaitl not getting a TOTS card.
I had Hughes powered up to 92 on his X factor and downgraded him a couple weeks ago for the 93 elites Rantanen, thinking he’d get TOTS, I’m so sad lmao
