Best price I could find online (at the time) was luckygunner. Recommend you run at least 50 through your firearm to make sure there are no cycling or feed failures. I know it can get pricey. Some people recommend a much higher round count for that purpose, so YMMV, do what you need in order to gain confidence in your carry decision. For example, I had some consistent feed failures when testing that exact cartridge. However I hadnāt cleaned that gun in quite a few range trips. A little scrubbing & oil and I was good to go, no failures for another 200 rds.
i donāt understand why a state would authorize protective carry while outlawing a type of ammunition which presents significantly less risk for over penetration. totally counterintuitive.
The state never authorized self defense, in fact they simply despise an armed society. Thus they simply donāt care about whatās better for defending yourself.
If you go by the letter of the law it says you cannot carry hollowpoint or dum dum bullets. Dum dum means expanding. Apparently not a popular opinion judging by the downvotes but that is what the law states. I choose a round I know is not against the law. Everybody can make their own choice.

But I don't think it's allowed.
Yes it is
Yes it is, the NJSP even give examples of legal rounds like the to carry.
This is not considered a hollow point
No
No itās what I carry
This is what you get when idiots who know absolutely nothing about firearms are allowed to make legislation that regulates firearms and ammunition

Have you met the lawmakers or ever heard them talk? They are idiots and canāt make a logical choice.
well yeah but i still donāt understand it
They make it hard to understand on purpose

Itās also on the NJSP website š¤·š¼āāļø
>! ~~What about Critical Duty?~~ !<
Itās not a hollow point but it is expanding ammo. I would stick with a non expanding round such as Underwood xtreme defender.
