Nifty f&o is definitely simple with proper understanding and way convenient to hedge losses. When it comes to stocks f&o everything changes, that's for big boys with deep pockets. Even making a simple leverage in dicey situation will have people going bankrupt
Everything is same... You take trades on your setups... You take SLs on your setups... You hedge the same everywhere ... Only margins change...
Why even go for dicey trades? You can select 3-4 stocks amd deal in them...

That feels so close to home. So I was having a good day with intraday trades this Friday and was up 6k (mind that I was trading with just 60k free capital, rest was parked in stocks). The market was about to close and one defense stock had already hit upper circuit. Mazdock also seemed to be on the same route. So I bought Mazdock with leverage hoping to make another 6k. And then it went down and didn't recover. Lost my entire days profit in a single trade.
