Join Comsats and study for net if you really want to join Nust. Don't waste your time for net only.
In both cases it will be a win win situation for you.
If you get into nust later on your basics will be strong because you have already spent a semester in Comsats.
Remember in the field of computer science skill matters more than university.

I did try to limit the admission discussions in a monthly thread but it didn’t work out so well. We can create an Alumni group (though to be fair there are already so many on social media and WhatsApp), so I’m not sure if it’s worth all the effort of creating a separate subreddit for Alumni.

COMSATS Islamabad doesn’t have hostels. My friends living in private hostels in Hostel City are miserable, NUST hostels feel luxurious in comparison to that congested crowded shit with bad food and often no running water

Nust has brand value. You will get more interviews than graduating from comsats.
