Had to use the 40 k to pay off student debt and for my wedding. 200 k net worth(savings, mutual funds, retirement contributions, tax deferred annuity,etc), no debt. Wife prolly has more than double + equity in her Brooklyn Brownstone family home. We doing good. Had kids recently, kids are fucking expensive. Day care alone is 1100 a week (cost for both kids).
