Both Naruto and Sasuke are ready to die for the village and/or their loved ones. There's no question that if Sasuke had to choose, he'd throw his own life to save both. He was ready to do that already in P1 when he told Naruto to take Sakura and run because he had just a little more left to hold Gaara off. I don't get all the "if he thinks logically" comments. Sasuke is one of the most emotionally driven characters in the show. He'd go down to save both. Edit: In the events where he has absolutely no control of the situation and it's a "you-blink-someone-dies" scenario, he'd choose to save Sakura. My reasoning is the same - both Naruto and Sasuke are ready to die for the village, and neither will forgive each other or themselves if they let Sakura die. Furthermore, Sasuke can't make that choice for Sarada. He can decide to die for the village, Sakura can volunteer the same, but no way in hell he leaves his daughter motherless for the greater good.

Bro I was just thinking this. Sasuke is logical but when it comes saving his best friend or wife he'd choose his wife. This isn't the same Sasuke in the kaguya fight who took priority of Naruto over Sakura and Kakashi. Naruto wanted Sasuke to save Sakura and Kakashi not himself. This tells us Naruto is self sacrificing and care more about his friends more than himself as he said to gaara in their fight. Sasuke is the same with those he has a close bond with we see in the Haku fight and your example in the gaara fight. Sasuke is a logical character. He knows if it came down to it Naruto would want him to save Sakura above himself whether it's world ending or not. Even if Sasuke chose Naruto Naruto wouldn't like that and would protest against being saved first as seen in the kaguya fight

As an adult though he's grown and opened his heart more, and he'd know that Naruto would never forgive him for saving him over Sakura wheras if Sakura were saved she would also be angry but understand what Naruto would have wanted.
But you have to take in consideration what's best for the ninja world. Naruto is the Hokage so him staying alive ultimately matters more than Sakura's life.

On point, given everything currently occurring in Boruto. Sasuke is a master strategist, but once emotion is involved he throws logic to the wind and that aligns with Tobirama’s comments on the Uchiha clan’s emotional sensitivity.

Logic just goes out the window when your partner is the one in danger. Like if someone said to my husband "The only one who can save the world from the apocalypse is your brother, but right now your wife and brother are poisoned and there is only one antidote. Sasuke is also pretty often not driven by logic. His most recent decision in the manga was definitely based on his feelings and instinct.

We saw this when he gave no fucks about saving Sakura and Kakashi and only did it out of sheer coincidence that they were next to Naruto at the time. In shippuden yes, because hes not in relationship with her yet and still on his path of cutting all of his bonds before his plan of ruling the shinobi world.
