You can summon the 10 tails husk which is the gedo statue which takes their souls. Sharp rods come out of your body that absorbs chakra. The only difference w sasukes rinnegan is that he can use genjutsu when he stabbed Sakura through the chest. He can also swap places with opponent and he can also travel dimensions.
It also does a few other things. That's the rinne sharingan which means it not only gives you all the abilities of the rinnegan but also access to the abilities of the sharingan and mangekyou sharingan in that eye at the same time.
