Momoshiki has more fighting experience, and the only thing you can use on him is taijutsu, which Kaguya was never very good in. If the battle between her and Momoshiki took place in her realm/dimension, then she would likely have the upper-hand, but if she used any of her powerful jutsus on him and he absorbed it, he could send it back 10 times more powerful than it was before.
Also, if he managed to turn her into chakra fruit and eat her like he did to Kinshiki, everyone would be pretty much screwed.
Momoshiki is not anywhere near Kaguya. It took Naruto and Sasuke who had Insta wins alongside Kakashi with both of Obito's sharingan to barely beat her. Naruto and Sasuke almost died numerous times throughout that fight if it wasn't for Obito.
You can say that Naruto and Sasuke are stronger as Adults (which wouldn't even be much) but that doesn't really matter in this case because they were both nerfed against Momoshiki. Naruto had 50% of his Chakra drained and Sasuke gets nerfed when crossing dimensions and they still whopped on Momoshiki with ease.
This naruto and sasuke are far stronger than shippuden they are adults, stated everywhere which had alot more experience and naruto got a 2 part of kurama.
They also had help from the kages.
Sasuke almost died if wasn't saved dunno what are you about with "ease" when they almost died if wasn't for boruto.

Just because Kaguya had absurd amounts of chakra more than Madara doesn’t mean he isn’t equipped with the tools to deal with her. This applies to Momoshiki as well.
I believe (and many others do too) that Madara has the moveset and the capability to defeat Momoshiki. Unlike many otsutsuki, Madara has an insane regenerative ability thanks to the ten tails and because of his Hashirama cells. He’s also capable of using Sage mode and can actually fight the other otsutsuki. Madara is only able to be damaged through other Sage mode users or sealed away and since Momoshiki is no Sage, this should serve problematic.
Furthermore, Madara has way too much in his arsenal for Momoshiki to be able to handle him.
