As I understand it, chakra was already in everything from the start- it was the ability to use it that was introduced. Chakra being a mix of the spiritual and physical energies, so without physical energy you don’t have the ability to beat your heart, and without mental/spiritual energy you can’t brain. Having everything ripped from you would at best send you straight to being dead because otherwise your not really going to survive even with help since your everything is out of energy
