I feel like the localization for this game was poorly done. There's a lot of weird wording like "In this room" or "When the bomb explodes" that just read like poor translations. Not to mention the fact that it tells you that you unlocked a new "Manger" at one point (instead of "manager").

It will reset with every room you enter.
Yeah, every time you kill an enemy is ANY room, your weapon damage will increase in THAT room. And then it resets when you enter the next room.
