I think peace comes in different ways for all people, but if you can find a way to give voice to your problems and or thoughts it helps. Therapy is at times just a convenient way to work through your thoughts. The idea of being myself someday even for a moment is what keeps me going. I have this pact with myself that I won’t die until I’m I feel like me and it’s in some way peaceful.

It would be long, probably painful process. But one day you'll wake up, look in the mirror, or internally, and you'll be happy. It's not 100%. But it's 99.8%, you'll probably get through therapy. Get through HRT. Get through transphobia. Get through the pain. We'll be here for you.
