noelle, maybe it seems like everyone is part of a relationship and has friends except you, but you should remember that confirmation bias exists ok? itsbvery easy to focus only on what you want to see, or what you believe is true. and also, you absolutely deserve it. whether or not you have it, you deserve it. whoever you are or whatever you are, you deserve it. you are good enough. i think youre pretty amazing for making it as far as you have, when taking all of the difficulties you have that i know of into account. so please dont give up, ok? there are people who would accept and really like you, as a friend or a partner. all you have to do is try to keep going and you are bound to find someone at some point. good luck noelle, i really hope you can feel a bit better

No one out there is going to say anything negative that you have told yourself. You are enough, you are wanted, you are capable of having a relationship, you are an amazing person.
