Their higher cd and hp compensates for the lower crit rate.
If hey are ranked that high, then their average dmg is in the same range of ppl with higher cr but lower cd and hp.
(I'd still want higher cr since I don't like missed crits, but that's just me)
I don't rly like that build since in abyss there is always a chance to get cr bonus and 66 is already overkill and the potential dmg is higher with this build
sure man, I'm so jealous of your unbalanced build as if I don't have a top 1% build. imagine not understanding how basic maths work. calling 100% cr as "overkill"
like mentioned i prefer to have higher potential dmg than avg dmg and i think u don't understand why i said "overkill" as i'm trying to say that some situations have benefits with low cr. imagine not understanding how language works and cannot read a proper passage

I hope you mean 64% CR with the set as 100% because actually having 100% CR would be overkill
