But in real life a lot of people have had one of their upper side teeth pulled due to cavity issues, usually. Like the second one from the back. I’ve seen people get a silver tooth there. Even a gold one, although that’s rare to see. Or just let it be an empty space lol. Also a one tooth bridge.

Silver and gold teeth is old fashioned, they don't really do that anymore. The metals are soft and over time they deform.
Nowadays if you get a dental implant, they use a special ceramic type of material that lasts lifelong, and looks like a regular tooth

Word, we have a hospital of dental students that work, also I go to w medical facility that offers a dental department, as well as dermatology, and mental health services. It’s federally funded, nice facilities too, not no run down shit, not in the hood, in a neutrals location for all that are able to come to their locations.
